Terms and Conditions

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Proud Scum is not registered for GST, there is no GST on these items. Payment is only by Palpal.
If you don’t have a Paypal account you can pay by credit card at checkout.
We will post your purchase as soon as possible and will advise when items have been posted.
We can provide tracking numbers if required but we are not responsible for items lost in the post.
Please allow two weeks or more for t-shirts to arrive.  At the time they are listed as available they have been ordered and are being printed.
If you’re ordering from the US or Europe, please bear in mind that the items are coming from New Zealand, which is on the other side of the planet.
If any items are faulty, they can be returned for a refund, or replacement, within 14 days of receipt.  We will not refund postage costs.
But if any items appear to be slightly different from what you expected, or you’ve changed your mind, we can’t help you.  That’s the nature of buying off the net.
These items are not available in shops.
